What are your extensions made from?
All of our extensions are made from superior quality 100% Remy Human Hair. The cuticles are kept intact and aligned, giving you soft, tangle-free, natural-looking hair with long-lasting results.

What types of extensions do you offer?
We currently stock:

  • Clip-In Extensions – 7-piece sets (120g) for instant volume and length

  • Halo Extensions – Easy D.I.Y. one-piece wire system (80–100g)

  • Tape-In Extensions – Coming soon! Salon-grade, discreet, and long-lasting

Which extensions are best for me?

  • Clip-Ins: Great for first-timers, casual glam, or special events

  • Halo: Perfect for quick everyday transformations and fine hair

  • Tape-Ins: Ideal for long-term wear with a professional install

Do you ship to New Zealand and Australia?
Yes! We ship quickly across NZ & Australia.

  • Orders usually ship in 2–3 business days

  • Sold-out shades are restocked within approx. 2 weeks just DM us what shade and length your looking for 

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused hair in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Can I style the extensions with heat tools?
Yes — our superior quality Remy hair can be curled, straightened, and styled just like your natural hair. Use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to keep them looking fresh.

How do I care for my extensions?

  • Use sulphate-free shampoo + conditioner

  • Wash only when needed (around every 15–20 wears)

  • Air dry and store flat or in a silk bag

  • Always brush gently, starting from the ends up

Are the extensions reusable?
Yes!

  • Clip-ins & halos can last 6–12 months with proper care

  • Tape-ins can be reused multiple times with re-taping every 6–8 weeks
