SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping Service
We provide shipping service to New Zealand through NZ Post. Please note: NZ Post Overnight Shipping cannot be guaranteedΒ due to unforeseen circumstances within NZ Post.
We use DHL express as our International Shipping provider, however please note that this service may have varying delivery times, especially if package delivery is delayed. Although it is rare, it is possible that packages may be lost or delayed. Extenz is not held responsible for these delays or lost packages.
Delivery Authorisation
If you authorise the package to be placed in a safe place upon delivery, Extenz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect address
If you have submitted the wrong email address, send us an urgent email to extenzdirct@gmail.com with the correct address and order number. We promise to do our best, but if your address is unable to be changed, we would appreciate your understanding. We cannot assume liability for parcels not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Fraud Alerts
Any orders with fraud alerts will not be processed and shipped until all details are verified. Extenz has a fraud prevention system put in place to protect all customers.
Tracking Information
Once you have placed your order, within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it takes a few hours for tracking information to update, as information is updated real-time. If you have an issue with your delivery information or tracking number, please contact the courier directly, as we have minimal control once your parcel has been shipped.
